Previous incidents

We have mitigated the issue while our upstream provider resolves the underlying issue. Syncing is back to normal.

Clerk has reported that the authentication issues have been resolved.

We have identified the issue as some problematic data in the database that has now been removed. We have also deployed additional safe guards to ideally prevent this issue going forward.
